Fuad Sisic was born on June 20th, 1960 in Radusa, municipality Tesanj. To the position of Mayor he came from the Company MANN+HUMMEL BA J.S.C., from position of Executive Manager of Sales and Marketing. Elementary and high school he finished in Tesanj and graduated at Universiti of Mechanics in Sarajevo in 1984, just before Winter Olympic Games.

Upon graduation and until 1992 he worked for UNICO FILTER d.d. Filter Factory Tesanj on a different positions and he was the one who created the first business act about quality in this company in, accordance to the requests from Volkswagen Group Germany in 1989.
From 1994 to 2000 he was on position of the Mayor in Tesanj and after 2000 he was councilor in the Council of Municipality Tesanj.
After he finished his mandate as the Mayor he went back to the UNICO FILTER d.d. Filter Factory Tesanj and worked on a different positions, as an Independent Constructor, Business Process Manager, Project Manager for Implementation of IT System, and last as Executive Manager of Sales and Marketing.
He is married and has three daughters.
